Stainless stand for restuarant plates or equipment nsf

I am not 100% sure but I think that this was a plate or equipment stand. I found some similar items online that are selling for $650.00
This thing is in very nice condition. 43" high at the back, the top shelf is 10" deep, the bottom shelf is 20" deep and the stand is 28" wide. It does have a 3" fence around the upper shelf.
