Hobart mixer 40 quart d-340 with hook paddle whisk
This mixer is the real heavy duty one with the bigger motor, and not the type with the flat top that are much lighter duty.
It can work in either 3 phase or 2 phase (220V with my optional 3 phase converter so you can run it off 1 phase, which is also for sale ($220) if you don't have 3 phase)
Do some research on Hobarts and you'll find out what I mean. It has a timer, safety features for changing gears, and this is the mixer that made Hobart Famous, it will probably outlast us all. All functions can be tested I can hook it up with my converter out of a 220V dryer outlet.
This is an over $9,000 mixer you can have for a fraction of the cost (normally in this condition they sell well over $3,000, check it out yourself).
It includes a whisk, a paddle and a hook and a 30 qt bowl, and this mixer can take an attachment (not included to enlarge it's capacity if necessary)
I tested all functions of this mixer and works excellent, very smooth and ready to serve you for the years to come. The only cosmetic disandandage with this mixer (not any longer) was the plastic lead Hobart used for the top cover, which was prone to break or crack so they can make $250 replacing it. I thickened the undercover with slow cure 2 part epoxy, and made it 10 times as strong as the original, and painted the whole thing to look presentable as it has some paint chips here and there. You'll be proudly displaying this mixer no matter how good your kitchen is, it will fit proudly.
For $150 extra I'll include a used meat grinder attachment, or I'll sell it separately, let me know if interested just for this.
