New gsi lumonics scanner 4-axis with controllers
This is a complete printing engine for a GSI Lumonics Laser Wafer Dicer/Scribe System. This is a new unit that never made it to production. This is model: GS5EA101D-01REF. It has 4 scanning Galvos with low mass gold mirrors and all the required fold optics. This unit has been calibrated with the controllers shown (Model E00-7009522). Each controller drives two Galvos. The Galvos are all mounted, shielded and locked in position. All components are guaranteed new and all optical surfaces are perfect. Cables are 2meters and shielded. Ends are terminated for plug in to the controllers.
