WE ARE UNABLE TO TEST THIS ITEM BUT IT APPEARS UNUSED. NONE OF THE WIRES LOOK LIK THEY HAVE BEEN CONNECTED AND THE BULB IS STILL IN THE MFGS. ORIGINAL WRAPPING. THE HOUSING DOES HOWEVER HAVE SOME MINOR SCRATCHES ON IT.
