Large transistor ic liquid cooling plate
I used this to cool high power MOSFETs
It is 9.5" x 7.75" It has lots of threaded mounting holes
(not drilled for TO-3 packages but could be modified)
1/4" compression water or glycol lines
* The plate with temp switch
* I will include new plastic compression rings
Plastic tubing is very cheap and can be bought at any hardware store
I know about the items I sell so feel free to ask any questions about this.
