* new sealed: This product is 1st quality 100% factory sealed in its original retail package.
* New (Box damaged): new inventory that never made it to the retail store due to box damage in the warehouse or in transit.The box it's self may have but is not limited to some blemishes,tape,labels.
* Refurbished: Refurbished products are used but have gone through an inspection process and been restored to like new condition and it should be in full working condition upon receipt. Some refurbished product comes in original packaging, most does not. Some will come with a warranty (usually 90 days), some will not. Should come with all its contents unless otherwise stated in the cosmetic description.
