Spectra physics argon-ion laser head 163-C12


Up for sale is a used Spectra Physics laser model 163-C12 488nm, manufactured 5/05, laser head/power supply connector cable, original quality summary report and user's manual. This unit is used and was in great working condition when system was dismantled. Not sure how many hours are on unit as site glass is little off but pictures show hour counter. Remote interface and power supply not included.

The Spectra-Physics 163 series air-cooled ion lasers comprise three versions providing linearly polarized, TEM00 output. All 163 lasers have a power factor corrected (PFC) version available.
Control for the Model 163A is available through the power supply or through a remote interface.
Model 163C is available with a CDRH-approved configuration. Control through the power supply and through a remote control is available. Control for the Model 163D is available through the power supply, a remote interface, a remote control, or a RS-232 connection.

The smart power supply automatically senses the line voltage and compensates for all variations between 90 265 Vac.
