I am not going to list all specifications of this scanner.you can Google "Radio Shack Pro-96 Digital Scanner" and find out everything you need to know before purchase...I will say that I have listened to Police Scanners for over 30 years and this HANDHELD is the best in both receive sensivity and quality of the audio...the sound is excellent...clear and loud and if you are going to use it in your car, you can connect a mobile antenna using the BNC connector on the scanner...in my opinion this is the best handheld scanner you can purchase and is EXCELLENT for DIGITAL.....The APCO-25 reception is excellent on 800...the quality of audio is pleasing..I think much better than my Uniden Digital Scanners..
