* The Agilent 11980A is an interferometer. Used with an Agilent 71400 series or Agilent 83810B lightwave signal analyzer, it allows you to measure chirp and frequency modulation (FM) on DFB lasers.
005 - lengthens the delay line from 760 meters to 5.2 kilometers, allowing
measurement of narrower linewidths.
