Up for sale this year 2006 sushi maker machine.
It can recreate the handmade texture and superior taste of "shari-dama" (rice cake) prepared by a professional sushi chef.This machine cannot make sushi maki roll.
Its exterior is designed to resemble a sushi chest to minimize the mechanical look,so it can be used in a bar in front of costumers, they will have the impression that the chef can shape 1800 rice balls per hour!!
Highly trained staff to operate this machine is not really needed, with just one chef that replenish the rice in the tank , put the sliced fish,meat or veg on top of the rice ball and plate it strait away to the costumer!! The operating menu is simple with english and japanese characters. It has got instruction manual in japanese .
