Cleveland 1 1/2" dia. x 7 3/4" long hss drill bit
I have a used High Speed Steel 1 1/2" diameter x 7 3/4" overall length drill bit. It is a Cleveland Twist Drill (CLE-FORGE) brand bit. I purchased this from the tool crib of a local manufacturing company that closed. They had a tool grinding department and this appears to have been reconditioned when returned to the crib. The shank area is 1 1/4" dia. and 2 1/2" long. It does have a flat on the shank that has been ground by a surface grinder for a set screw (Weldon) style holder.
