The MC-7825PS is a perfect new development in the range of ygrometer/proti-meter with a microprocessor LSI circuit for high measuring accuracy and fast gate times, particularly developed for this application. It is possible to measure with its special external sensor contrary to the many offered cheap devices (with integrated sensor) in positions which are difficult to access. It is our most versatile wood moisture measuring instrument.
Into this equipment the two technologies for non-destructive and resistance measurements are integrated.
The non destructive measurement (material can be measured by simple contact with it) is ideal for measurement of furniture, trailer, caravan, camper, boat, paper and other sensitive wood articles with smooth wood surfaces. The resistance measurement with probe tips is suitable on rough wood surfaces (e.g. measurements of firewood, fire-place wood, firing wood, building timber, lumber, planks, boards etc.). Also the measurement from to brick, floor screed up to concrete is possible.
Further quality criteria is the DATA HOLD function to freeze the current value at the display. The gauge is equipped with a very compact and strainable housing, which is easily to transport and serve.
