Model k. 450 watts. Tanglefoot Co. Grand Rapids, Mi. Chrome finish. Total heigth-10". Water is pored in side of main tank. Difruso- chemical- is poured into front tank. A nozel dispenses a mist when working. I have filled with water and it heats up. Old cloth covered cord- tape on plug end. Old andused. Selling as untested.
