Different from traditional dry blasting method, wet blasting technology is to put sand (abrasive) inside water and blast such wet abrasive at high speed onto processed work pieces by special use pump and compressed air, so as to clean surface of workpiece. Wet sand blasting is efficient and has less liquid abrasive loss, and is able to improve surface degree of processing of work pieces, and reduce environment pollution fundamentally. The equipment can be easily installed directly onto production line without separated work-room. Therefore, wet sand blasting is prior to dry sand blasting.
