THIS IS A VERY NICE PROOFER/WARMER RECENTLY LIQUIDATED FROM A SUPERMARKET BAKERY. IT'S A GREAT ITEM IF SPACE IS LIMITED, SINCE THE TOP CAN BE USED AS A WORK SURFACE. THIS CABINET WILL ACCOMMODATE SHEET PANS AS WELL AS FULL SIZE HOTEL PANS. IT IS ALL STAINLESS STEEL INSIDE AND OUT, ON CASTERS, AND IN GOOD CONDITION. IT HAS BEEN TESTED HERE IN OUR SHOP AND WORKS GREAT. USE AS A PROOFER OR FOOD WARMER.
