* The MATECH 96 Well plate Fluorescent Reference Standard is designed to meet the needs of labs by providing a stable solid phase reference material for fluorescent plate readers.
* This 96 Well plate Fluorescent Reference Standards has a coefficient of variation (CV) of less than 5 percent (%) when calculated using all 96 wells. If your instrument gives a CV of greater than 5 percent using our standards then your instrument may require optical alignment.
* This standard can also be utilized to calculate the instruments electronic CV by measuring the same well multiple times (we suggest >10 measurements) and calculating the CV of that data set. The electronic CV of your instrument limits the precision of your measurements.
