The directory provides quick and easy access to over 4500 health and social service organizations, government agencies and some businesses in the six-county metropolitan area. In addition to name, address, phone number and web address, each listing includes information about hours of operation, fees if any and major services provided. It is published by Community Resource Network, a nonprofit organization that spun off from United Way of Metro Chicago in 2002.
