Non Indicating Preset Overtemperature Control Switch
This oven has a single side swing door with positive type latch. Heat is supplied by electric coil type elements in a protected area under the work chamber. A powered fan below the work chamber circulates air horizontally. Power to thelements is through solid state relay control. The interior is Stainless steel with provisions for (2) shelves with (2) shelves included. The oven has been tested operational. It was set to 250 C / 482 F on the temperature control (See chart photo). Unit is in very good to excellent shape. It has seen very little use with minor cosmetic issues such as small paint scratches and some stains on the exterior. The door closes tightly. The gasket is in good shape. There is a port on top and left side for temperature probes and air flow adjustment. This unit comes with a temperature control manual and general electrical schematic on CD.
