This oven has a single side swing door with pressure type latches. 4" insulated walls and door. The heating elements and two belt driven
circulating fans are mounted above the work area in a protected chamber. Heated air is circulated by a combination
of horizontal and vertical airflow through the chamber. An exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. The control
components are mounted on the right side of the oven and look to be in good condition.
The main contactor has no signs of over heating or burnt wires. The interior is aluminized steel in good solid condition with moderate
discoloration from use and some minor surface oxidation. The oven structure is good and sturdy with some minor dents
around the base. Some exterior paint is flaking off in areas. The door hinges, gasket, and latches are in good condition.
It has a removable steel plate floor which has rusted through in places.
The elements have been visually inspected and look good. A power lead to the elements is broken and will need to be repaired.
A resistance check on the individual elements checked out.
This oven has a total of (4) Trent wye elements connected in parallel.
Replacement elements (if needed) can be purchased from Trent for approximately $300 each.
Other work which may be required: Exhaust airflow switch, motor bearings, control adjustments. None of these have been tested.
