this oven is plenty big enough to do chopper frames , and other big parts that most of the do it yourselfer will do , among these parts you can even do hand railing , big patio furniture and much much more
inside dimensions 4' wide 10' deep 6' high
sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal
floor is made of 16gage steel which is very heavy and will not dent
metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame
jig welded frame , frames are not screwed or bolted together like others
walls top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with thermafiber insulation
cam lock latche allow for quick in and out access.
20kw of heating power gets the oven up to temp within 20 mins on a 240v circuit .
operates on 220v 3 wire { 1 red, 1 black, 1 white ,1green} this is single phase
unit draws 90 AMPS under full load
equipped with a digital pid controller with inside temp reading and set points
wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises
all interior panels are overlapped sheet metal . we do not use any type of fire cualk or something that will degrade over time . this way it will always have the same seal . and most importantly nothing flaking off into your coating
