Thanks for your interest in this listing! This saw was purchased new from Northern Tool and Equipment last September and used to make maybe 8-10 cuts (the laser feature is AWESOME). Just enough to get crown moulding done in my living room. Since then the carpenter in the family has moved on and I now need to recoup some of the money he spent on this fabulous saw. It has been kept clean, covered, and protected from the kids and dogs. It looks brand new, so good in fact that if I would have kept the box, the manager at Northern says they could have issued me a full refund. Anyway, we paid $689 plus tax.
