Hardinge mdl dv-59 hand screw machine, second operation
1 - (used) HARDINGE Model DVB-59 second operation machine complete with motor and contros for operation on 220-3-60 AC, variable spindle speeds, production cross slide with (2) tool holders and tool block for front and rear tools, lever actuated 6-position bed turrret, coolant system and 5C ball-bearing HARDINGE collet closer. Machine bears serial number DVB-59-6466.
The spindle speeds are from 230 RPM to 3500 RPM. The swing is 9", the length of the dovetail bed is 36". The production cross slide has 3-3/4" of travel. The turret has 4" of travel and is machined for 5/8" shank tooling. In addition to the cross slide tools, there is an assortment of 5C collets and misc. turret tooling. The machine sounds good and all the slides feel good.
