This collection of QSTs is in very nice condition showing some wear and a few hand markings on some issues.
This collections contains all the issues from 1946 with the exception of March, June August, October and November.
The issues are bagged in plastic bags for protection.
This is a great way to start your collection of vintage QSTs or fill holes in your collection.
