Gently used commercial fryer. I purchased this item brand new approx 6 years ago and used it an average of twice a year at church functions. Each time it was used it was immediately cleaned. It is a propane fryer, professionaly modified to accept gas from a propane bottle so we could cook at different locations and bring our own source for gas.
15-1/2" wide,3 burner tubes,2 fry baskets,35-43 lb fat capacity,105,000 BTU SS tank, SS front & door, aluminized sides 4-1/8 inch cooking depth.
