It can mix up 240 lb. single batches every 3 minutes and up to 400lb mixes in as little a 4 minutes. It is mounted on a very stable steel plate base. The mixer is mounted using a four point stance design; two mechanical tube guides and two 4-1/2 high flow air rams; this keeps the mixer moving up and down with very stable and smooth motion. It is a 10 hp variable speed frequency drive that allows you to operate from 0 to 920 rpm. The 5 groove power band is designed to last up to 20 years. The mix blade is a prop style which works well with all materials and is rebuild-able.
