Detex ecl-475K decorative backplate 230/600
The ECL-475K is the decorative backplate for a glass and aluminum door with a narrow stile where the back of the lock would normally show through the glass. The flat plate covers the back of the lock which would be visible through the glass and the two rubber bumpers take the shock of the exiting push to exit through the door so the glass is protected.
This item can be used on the ECL-230D, the ECL-230D-PH and the ECl-600. Of course the ECL-600 is a fire rated device and is not normally installed on an aluminum and glass narrow stile door.
This piece is installed at the same time the device is installed and is primarily used only to "clean up" the look of the back of the lock showing through the glass of a narrow stile glass door.
This item will not fit in the same box as any ECL-230D or 600 lock and must be packed separate.
