Use: Mainly use in bearing, axle sleeve and porous material.
Bronze powder is developed to be used for oil-less metal bearing. Owing to its porous structure made by the original heat treatment process, the product attains low apparent density although water atomization method is used. Proportioning of atomized copper powder by 18% prevents segregation and improves compressibility.
Main component: Sn 5~7; Zn 5~7; Pb 2~4; Cu (remainder).
Granularity available (mesh): -100, -200, -325, -500.
