The closure kit includes spacer webbing to keep the splice bundle away from the closure wall and allow the encapsulating compound to flow around the splice.
These rigid body closures use a gravity fill method of encapsulating and protecting cables. They are packed with 4442 High Gel Re-enterable Encapsulant, 3M Scotchlok 4462-Shield Bond Connectors, Scotch 130C
