This Howard McCray Hot Food case has the following features:
* Body internally reinforced Uni-structure
* Alluminum full .040 thickness.
* Display area furnished witha hard heat treated white enamel long wearing surface
* The floor is stamped out of one sheet of anodized full hard aluminum
* Mirror finish stainless steel tops and lower front glass sill bumper rail for all case lengths are stamped of one piece sheet, no seams or joining pieces are permitted.
* Formed stainless steel end trim protects the case ends from damage.
* Front ends finished with a heat treated white enamel long wearing surface.
* Rear of cases is of hard wearing aluminum, resistant to grease, and cleans easily.
* Below the stainless steel glass sill, the color band is made in light oak.
* Highm density energy saving frothed-in-place Urethane equal to twice the insulating value of other insulating materials.
* CFC free, enviormentally safe
* One 150 watt flood lamp under inside top of case to provide lighting through entire interior display area
* 120 volts located over each well
* All McCray models are full tested to strict specifications by our Q.C. Test Department
* Glass doors are slide type and constructed of extruded aluminum, reinforced with internal corner gussets.
* The doors are removable from the track frame around the opening.
* Each door is air sealed with an air seal wiper between doors which provides full protection from air leaks
* The doors are equipped with two panes of sealed glass
* Single pane clear glass, heat-tempered, sealed into insulating spaces, vented top and bottom.
* Individually thermostactically controled
* Each well is heated separately in individual compartments
* All heating elements are 1600 watts each at 240 volts
* Each well is separately sealed to contain water in stainless steel compartment
* Individual cut-off valves at each well for hot and or dry table usage
* Each well compartmetn has a separate drain leading to one central drain located in the case storage section
