This hood would make an excellent addition to any restaurant, bar, diner, or other food service establishment.
This hood is 11 feet wide, 4 feet deep, and 2 feet tall at the back. Best for most wall mount commercial hood applications. For use in medium to heavy cooking environments.

* 100% Stainless steel construction
This hood is constructed of 100% Stainless Steel, not just what is seen. Unlike those that are made of Stainless Steel ("where exposed") and Galvanized Metal, these will stand the test of time and regular cleaning.
* Supply Air is distributed directly into the interior of the hood
The supply air design is better than the competition in that the supply air is distributed directly into the hood through a perforated, aluminum screen. Therefore, more of your conditioned air in the kitchen is not pulled into the hood and out of the building.
* Larger, 20 inch high Filters
The filters in the hood are standard 20-inch high as opposed to 16-inch high. This provides more filtering surface and therefore is more efficient and quieter to operate.
Per the manufacturer's specifications, this hood would require 3700 CFM at 5/8" Static Pressure if at least one side is against a wall.
