Dry Field Aspirating System "Lolliprops" are designed to isolate difficult areas in the lower arch. They serve 3 important functions. They retract the tongue, They hold the mouth open (mouth prop) and they aspirated out liquids during a procedure. They serve as an extra assistant and allows you to perform many procedures if you are working alone. You will find them useful in keeping the area dry and isolated while performing pit and fissure dental sealants, especially when tooth is not erupted enough for placing a rubber dam clamp. Other practical uses are for isolation and keeping the area dry during crown and bridge procedures.
