NEW Pitco Frialator Single Well Fryer w/ Auto Lift, NG
This fryer features a single well which measures 14" x 13 1/2" and has two baskets. The high temperature alloy heat baffles mounted in the heat exchanger tubes provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. This user friendly fryer features both digital controls on the front and automatic basket lifts on the back, as well as a durable stainless steel exterior. There are also auxilliary manual controls that work as a backup if the digital controls fail, helping to prevent lost revenue. This fryer does not include an oil pump.
