This is a 64 Kbit (16K x 4 Bit) Ultra Fast CMOS Static RAM. Access time 20 ns. Commonly used in older computers for cache RAM.
This is a very hard to find DISCONTINUED part !!! Original Cypress production !!!
Condition: Some of these ICs may have been used. They were kept as spare parts but I think a few of them may saw some use.
The ICs in this lot are equivalent to: 51C98-20, AM99C164, HM6288, HM6788, HY62C88, KM6465, LH5162, LH5165, MB81C74, MCM6288, P4C188, 7188 etc.
