Brand New PERFECT EC19 Electric Ream Guillotine Paper Cutter. This high quality electric guillotine paper cutter will cut up to 2.1" or 500 sheets of 20lb paper. It has a 18.9 inch cut width and length, plus it comes with multiple safety features which include: Front safety cover (with interlock switch that disables the cutter when safety cover is raised), rear safety cover, emergency stop, two cut buttons (requires both hands to push buttons for machine to cut) and breaker switch.
