39 microanalysis x-ray spectroscopy elemental standards

39 Microanalysis X-Ray Spectroscopy Elemental Standards
* Microanalysis X-Ray Spectroscopy Elemental Standards
* Received from a closed x-ray repair lab. Sold as found in a box marked X-ray Stds. If I did my research properly, these are elemental standards for x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. Let me know if I'm wrong, and if so, what they are.
* There is a group of aluminum disks, plastic disks in boxes, one envelope with a green disk, and two plastic vials, all described below:
* (10) 1-3/8" aluminum disks with white material
* (8) discs not loaded with the white material (blanks?)
* (26) 1-1/2" plastic disks in boxes, each disk marked Angstrom Handy-Kap
* (3) Cesium - low, medium, high
* (4) Copper - low, medium, high, extra high
* (3) Titanium - low, medium, high
* (3) Silver - low, medium, high
* (4) Chromium - low, medium, high, extra high
* (1) Envelope with a green disk which is not marked
* (2) plastic vials, one marked #1460 1/8" 100m Cu, the other marked #1461 1/8" 200m Cu
