This kit of electronic components is ideal for build by themselves a cnc gantry machine 3 axis, also for great dimensions, for co2 laser cut and engrave from usual source DC continuous wave as sealed laser tube or gas flow laser tube for max power of 80w-100w, is possible to mount also selfbuild laser tube or chinese sealed laser tube; for power over 100W is only necessary to change the laser power supply.
this kit include all necessary electronic for build a professional industrial machine or for build advanced amateur machine for obtain very good precision and performance, is possible to use this kit also for educational scope, for technical scool or technical laboratory, the kit also include a complete software for cut and engrave in english language, the machine that you will build can be controlled from a simple personal computer with installed Autocad or coreldraw (the software add also a plug in in corel and autocad) or the control is possible by "standalone" mode without personal computer, you can transfer the work files to machine easly by a simple usb memory stick (included).
By the laser power supply BJ-801 included in this kit is possible to drive laser tube for output power beam of 80/100w, suitable for:
cut and engrave organic materials such as plexiglass, various plastics, compact and alveolar polycarbonate, wood, leather, fabrics, papers, cartons, rubbers, resins, syntetic materials and more.
is possible only engrave marble, anhodized aluminium, metallic painted materials, glass, avory, and more.
is possible to mark ( with a special spray) metallic materials such as iron, steel, chrome, aluminium, gold, nichel, and more.
* n. 01 controller MPC6575 the last model 2010, special buil for control cnc gantry machine for laser cut, it have a special firmware. this board drive max 3 axis, two encoders, 3 limit swithch, the board control by dedicate output the power of laser beam by automatic tuning of laser power supply, have also a USB port for PC connection and another USB port for connection of USB memory stick, the port for imput by encoder is used if you prefer a "closed loop" drive system for servo or stepper controls. the board have also other output for drive cooling pump, blow and more. Is possible to control the board by a PLC or HMI by MODBUS protocol. the board can control simultaneous and independently two laser head
* n. 01 operator panel PAD03, useful when using the machine without pc for manual drive of axis positions, laser output power, for download files from memory stick,and more
* n. 01 cut and engrave software (last release available) for PC, with key guard on USB port, it work standalone or by plugin in coreldraw and autocad, all the works will be executed very easly and with very good precision, assign a different color to every object create in corel or autocad, for every color you can choose if cut or engrave and you can choose also the power of laser, in this way you can obtain a perfect works.
* n. 03 stepper motors DM8665E, 2 phase for 2,8A/phase, torque 3,4Nm, is possible to gear this motors for increase the torque.
* n. 03 motor drivers DMD808A double H bridge, PWM a 20Khz, control by TTL, optoisolations,max output current 7,7A/phase, max 256 microstepping, protection for overcurrents, this drive can control motors with more power of DM8665E.
* n. 01 power supply PS-806 for motor drivers (and motors) imput 220V AC, output 68-80V 6A, auxiliary output 5V for supply limit swithc, accessories and more
* n. 01 power supply for MPC6575 (not visibile in photo)
* n. 03 industrial limit switch (one for axis) not visible in photo
* n. 01 power supply BJ-801 for laser tube max power 80W/100w; output: 35Kv DC, 0-28ma.
* n. 01 adapter STD01 for connection and control of RF laser tube such as Synrad, Universal, Coherent, SPI, and others.
