RUGGED BALLAST HOUSING: Die-cast aluminum ballast
housing features "Tilt 2" design for maximum heat dissipation
and drip lip construction. High Intensity Discharge ballast,
class H insulation, high power factor, centered in housing for
REFLECTOR STRAPS: "Strap lock" design with stamped in
position markings for precise positioning of reflector, in
relation to the lamp, to accommodate a variety of spacing
ACRYLIC REFLECTOR MODEL: Injection molded clear Acrylic
prismatic reflector, designed to provide maximum efficiency
and brightness control, with high uplight component for
reduced contrast and improved uniformity.
INTERFACE REFLECTOR MODEL: Injection molded
microcellular foamed acrylic reflector achieves 89.5% plus
overall luminaire efficiency. Uplight component is minimal at
17% or lower, eliminating cave effect. Downlight levels are
increased providing more downward light. Highly reflective
surface produces soft glowing appearance, hides fingerprints
and blends with light colored ceilings.
DECORATIVE BANDS: Available to match colour schemes for
architectural impact for commercial applications.
MOUNTING: Standard mounting with hook and cord or
threaded 1/4 turn hub for 3/4" NPT mount. Available with a Low
Profile bracket where the ballast is mounted beside optical
assembly for unusual applications; Wall Mount Arm available
to allow mounting to virtually any vertical surface. A white
cord set and a brass chain and cord set are also available for
LAMPHOLDER: Porcelain, 4KV pulse rated, grip-type Medium
or Mogul based socket prevents lamp loosening. Open 250W
MH comes with specific open fixture rated lamp socket.
FINISH: Standard Finish is High Gloss White Duraplex IITM
Electrostatic Powder Finish; optional colours available.
APPROVAL: CSA approved; Damp location. Standard Open
model up to 400W suitable for 50 C; Standard Open model up
to 1000W suitable for 25 C; Enclosed model up to 400W
suitable for 25 C (enclosed model not available with 1000W).
