Fryer needs no external ventilation or fire supression
The ALPAIRE Model 4483 fryer operates on 220 volts on a 10 amp circuit and requires NO external exhausting or fire extinguishing system. The integrated filter and on-board powder fire suppression systems eliminate the usual constraints of conventional units. The baskets lower into the oil automatically and raise up out of the oil once the cooking cycle is complete. The unit is fabricated in 304 stainless steel, is 21-inches wide by 14-inches deep and 26-inches high. Requires 2 square feet of counter space. Cooks at 375 degrees F. Simply plug it in, fill it with oil and it is ready to start making you money!
