Old surveyors or photography tripod with brass brackets and thumb screws.All seem original plus plus the pins at the bottom of each leg. The screws appear to be hand cut(my opinion). The nut on the top platform looks like an old replacement, the thumb screws quite often got lost. 59" tip to tip when legs are fully extended. Most of the felt is still there on the platform. One of the wooden spacers is missing from under the platform but the pin is original. The spacer must have dried and split from use. That leg is a little harder to slide when shortening the tripod. All others are fine.
