XY Table/stage MRSI-805 from Micro Robotics Systems Inc
The table can also be rotate at any angle (it sits on a rotary stage)
Just removed from service, in good condition, and fully functioning.
To make it run you need only a small application, like LabView, in order to apply the moving commands for XY directions.
