The FWE MT1633-14 under the counter half size insulated holding cabinet is designed for convenient use and storage. and it can handle 16" x 33" pans. Its holding cabinet has insulated walls and a door that allows maximum heat retention, and the door lock makes sure it stays shut. Non-marking casters, permit easy maneuverability of the MT 1633-14. The MT 1633-14 comes with a special moisture temperature holding to prevent drying of certain foods, and is made of stainless steel for simple clean up.
The cabinet provides constant holding temperature and can preheat in 25 minutes from 75 to 160 and recover heat in six minutes from 120 to 160 . This product is especially recommended for any foodservice environment. And would be ideal for caterers since it specializes in keeping cooked foods warm until food is ready to be served.
This warming cabinet was never used and checked by our professional mechanics and is working perfectly, and in excellent condition.
