Made of translucent polypropylene to handle a wide temperature range from -40F to +160F (-40C to +71C), to provide visibility for content identification and to offer high chemical resistance. Meets Gastronorm food pan specifications. Non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and eases cleaning. Uniform flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails.
