This Commercial Manual Food Slicer could be a great addition to any restaurant, produce store, deli, or other food service establishment. Berkel's 909 provides space saving design, dependable performance, attractive styling and a gleaming finish. Uniform clean-cut slices for maximum product yield result from a hollow-ground, chromium-plated and forged carbon steel blade. This rugged slicer features heavy-gauge construction and easy breakdown for cleaning. There is a digital scale tower attached to the body of the scale.
This item has some minor cosmetic imperfections from use. The start/ stop button has been removed and the rear blade cover is missing. The scale plate is not included and will need to be replaced in order for the scale to be functional.
