Baker's Aid Two Door Display Proofer, Two NEW Racks
This proofer features two display doors, each opening measures 24 1/2" x 71 1/4". The temperature range is between 70 and 170 degrees Farenheit and the unit is on wheels for easy portability. We have included two new full size sheet pan racks with this proofer, each rack can hold up to twenty standard full size sheet pans.
