Restaurant kitchen knives lot 3 knives cleaver serrated
There are no brand names on these knives.
1. Metal handle, silver / grey colored. It has very light surface rust spots, as seen in the photo.
2. Black, plastic-handled serrated knife says ' Surgical stainless steel.'
3. This is a heavy meat cleaver, which has what appears to be a mix of plastic + metal or Bone + metal handle.
All of these knives need sharpening.
