Omnicube Transport Refrigerators,
Designed and manufactured by Equipment Innovators in a variety of shapes and sizes. Omnicube transport refrigerators with mechanical refrigeration exceed food safety regulations by providing convenient transport refrigeration in the truck body at freezer, refrigerator, or stand alone for restaurant use.
The panels are 1 3/4 inch thick and fabricated from seamless prefinished .090 fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets lainated to both sides of a two pound density polyurethane core are installed in anodized aluminum extrusions with a molded in thermobarrier cavity. All joints are sillicone sealed. All sheet metal is aluminum or stainless steel. The tig welded, water tight drain pan runs from side wall to side wall and from real wall forward. It is equipped with a recessed drain with one way drain tube. All exposed edges are siliconed to walls and floors.
*Gaskets are molded, pop in style (replaceable).
* Hinges are stainless steel, offset for full cavity daylight access when door is open 90 degrees.
*The stainless steel, locking paddle latch is recessed and flush mounted. An inside panic release which overides the locked or unlocked paddle latch is standard.
Omnicube is constructed to be USDA accepted for contract with raw food - thus having automatic Health Department approval.
