Sola gase tube transformer - 115V to 15000V
For Sale is a vintage Sola Gas Tube Transformer.
The metal plate states that the transformer primary is 115V @ 40VA to a secondary of 15000V @ 30mA. All ratings are at 60hz.
This is made by the Sola Electric Co, of Chicago Illinois. Beyond the description of the metal plate & pictures of the unit, i have no other working knowledge of this unit.
This is the extent of my ability to test this item. If you have any specific questions, i would be thrilled to answer them to the best of my ability.
