150UF @ 500V lug type electrolytic capacitors : qty=4
On sale are package of four (4) brand new single-section CAN type 150uF at 500 Volt electrolytic capacitors. These 500 volt E-caps are clamp mount type with tin plated copper solder lug terminals. These are brand new factory fresh capacitors (we do not sell NOS new old stock). These high quality E-caps excel is audio/music industry applications such as high power stereos, guitar & bass amps, audio amplifiers, radio/phono combinations, juke boxes, televisions, HAM radios, etc. Applications include: Tube Based Electronics; Hi-End Audio Electronics; Power Supplies (filter capacitors) and Industrial Electronics. These 500V Ecaps are made by Richey. Richey Capacitors, a leading manufacturer of electrolytic capacitors has been making high quality electrolytic capacitors for almost 50 years (since being incorporated in Nashville, Tennessee, USA in 1965).
These capacitors are clamp mout type and are easy to mount with capacitor clamps (YES...WE ALSO SELL CLAMPS...use our 1" (25mm) diameter clamp size. All our can capacitors come with solder tag terminals....ideal for hand wired circuits. While most solder lugs are made of iron, these special order capacitors have copper lugs (with a thin layer of tin plating over the copper to protect the base metal from oxidation, this preserving their solderability. Copper lugs are preferred for audio applications.
* Capacitance: 150 uF (mF) . We also carry these "can" type Ecaps at 100mF, 250mF, 350mF and 500mF.
* Clamp Mounted. Clamps are sold separately.....use 1" dia. (25mm). Yes, we also sell clamps if you need them.
