Both Tracking & Independant have been Tested.The unit is a dual-tracking DC power supply, it has 2 outputs, continously variable from 0 to 30 volts, these can be independant or tracking so that they both give the same voltage. There is also a non-variable output of 5 volts at 3 Amps
