Russian PIO capicitors KBGI (not polar) with aluminum foil as conductor, paper for insulator, filled with castor oil and packaged into some sort of a glass container. Are intended for electric circuits of a constant, variable and pulsing current. They are known as one of the best sounding PIO's manufactured in Russia
